They look good. I would start with smaller pots and then go for the big ones, but it’s not that they won’t grow for not doing that. Although stunt growth is common in this cases.
Light distance is ok, the leaves look healthy and comfy. Keep an eye on the stem and the leaves, so they don’t stretch too much for the light, at this age the distance is fine, but later it should be a little closer.
Place your hand on top of the plant for 5 to 6 seconds, is the heat is too much for your hand then it is to the plant. That way you can bring it up and down.
Move the light closer to the plant, if the leaves are pointing to the light then it is too close, if they are aiming down then it’s too far. You can see the changes in 3 to 4 hours.
