Hi @acid0bath ! Welcome to the Community! I think they may be over-watered. Is the substrate well aerated and do the pots have drains?
Hi @acid0bath, it looks like overwatering and not enough light.
Do not soak the substrate/media, the sprouts don’t drink much water from the roots, they drink from the leaves. If the soil is too wet and too wet all the time, it will suffocate and die.

Agree with the water and aeration suggestions above. Also, the plant looks like its looking for some light out of the window there. Plant will lean to a light source if it needs more light.
