Are my seedlings healthy or unhealthy?

Hey everyone! I’m new to growing and I’m growing in a rough area so I’m indoors. I have 3 fem golden goat seedlings and they have all sprouted. They are all in jiffy organic potting soil and I water when the cups they are in begin to get light. I have a pretty powerful light about 10 inches above the little seedlings also. What do y’all think, are they healthy or unhealthy and what are y’all’s thoughts?!

Welcome to the community. Friend, it’s bad that you sowed them with clear bottles. The roots should not receive light, wrap them with something so that the roots do not receive light.

Hi, thanks for the input. I wrapped them up and now there is no light going through the sides. Is there anything else I should do?

It’s too late to say you’ve chosen the wrong glasses to grow. Glasses should not be transparent and at the bottom of the glass must be holes for drainage so that excess water can drain. They have stretched out a little you need to pour the earth almost under the cotyledons, watch them if they are stretched out to the light, lower the lamp lower. What kind of soil do you have? The photo shows that there are sticks in the ground, cannabis likes loose soil, it is better to use good soil from the store + 30% agroperlite. This will help to avoid a lot of problems in the future. Still need good nutrients for the first time it is better to buy special ones for cannabis, there is everything you need. Here is the link study more closely this is a blog there is a lot of useful information https://growithjane.com/cannabis-blog/ And do not overfill from the roots will develop poorly

I use jiffy organic potting mix. It has every nutrient I need for the seedling. It also has perlite that allows proper drainage. The light is about 7 inches from the plants and the ph of the water is 6.7. I made sure to put drainage holes at the bottoms of the the cups before planting the pre germinated seedlings. Currently they have perked up perfectly and look pretty good after covering the clear plastic walls of the cups with tinfoil. A little stretch but nothing to bad

In my opinion, the PH of the water when watering is a little large. I would water closer to 6.0

Okay sounds good

Here are my flowers. The technique of training plants: Main-Lining

Hi @Kshaughn, welcome to the community.
The wrong choice of pots but is not too late to fix that. Your plants are babies yet, so you can transplant them to bigger pots, ones made of fabric if possible.
The tinfoil cover won’t work, which generates heat and is no good for the roots and soil. Also, what kind of soil are you using because it doesn’t look good.
You can get a good soil mix and some pots and transplant the babies and see how they develop. I wouldn’t way for them to grow more in that environment.

I’m using organic jiffy potting soil with slow release nutrients. Thanks for the advice tho! I’m going to Lowe’s to get everything sorted out. Below is a picture of how they are looking right now.

Slow grower but my white widow auto seeds are on the way and so is my general hydroponics kit and a good batch of coco.
