Autoflower Seedling help

I am growing 2 lemon drizzle autos. 1 seems to be thriving but the other seems stunted staying smaller w a reddish stem. Using fox farm soil on both and watering the same. My only guess is it’s stress caused by some of the seed casing around the bottom of the stem, I’ve tried getting it off once or twice but dont want to stress the plant out to bad. Do I let it be and hope for the best? Pics are included of both plants for comparison. You can see the little bit of the seed inner lining on the bottom of the plant w the reddish a stem.

Any help is much appreciated!

sometimes they just dont take off. give it another week and if you dont see any new growthi would pull it. It looks healthy give it some time and see what happens.

Patients is key. It’s still green so it still has a chance.

Little update. Same situation. Looks healthy leaves look great. Ones still just not taking off with a reddish tint to the stem… is there any negative to letting it I finish the grow even if it ends up being a dud or small? 2 more pics attached of the one doing great and the one struggling.

It looks like your soil is packed down real tight. Try and take a wire hanger or something and poke some holes in the soil to help get oxygen. What’s your rh? Seedlings love high humidity

i just got donw withsome Lemon Autos and Anesthesia Autos. i grew indica for 8 years back about 15 years ago. I just set up a new grotent and started growing those autos becoming because I wanted something to harvest quickly and then I would go back to what I used to grow. As the autos were little I started noticing the same things you are noticing and then they went through their veg. They looked fine for a couple weeks then I started noticing some spotting on the leaves and as they got taller I noticed they they were looking like they were being burned by the nutrients. What I found out was that autos autos are a little bit more finicky when it comes down to nutrients Fox farm ocean forest is a hot soil. Also i found that autos need a lower Ph than indica. id Ph at 5.8-6.2 for autos. if you want to try to save them, id flush with lower Ph RO water and if possible ,if you repot, use seedling soil + perlite + hydroton in the bottom inch of the pot or coco cior + perlite. you dont want added nutes in the soil unless you add them. try to keep the tent at 60% humity. Also, i found that using Advanced Nutrients Ph Perfect Connoisseur line of Grow parts A, and B and Bloom parts A, and B with some Fish Shit, Great White, Armor Si, and Cal-Mag Plus. Hope things go better for you. please send pics to show us how it all went.

Update: day 14. I can def see some mute burn I think but they look and feel pretty healthy. I’m letting the pots dry back out as I think I was to eager to water early on See pics and let me know what you think.
