When she looks happy and keeps growing. You don’t need to do anything. I would bring that light a little bit closer.

Are these LED’s running with 100W? Than the height of the light seems actual ok.

What is your opinion on the light im using it says 30w i have removed the frosted glass to reveal the leds. still trying to find the right light to

Which Country do you live in or continent? What budget do you have and how big is the grow space?
But for veg and the space, 30W should be ok…50W would be better, but it will work. For the flowering stage, you will need something stronger. Right now it seems perfect!
I would go with 100W or 150W in flower in that setup.
Uk i will have in a month a 1.5mx1.5mx2.4m and light just thort i could get away with this to get it to a point i can check gender this was just a seed i found n ploted if all goes well 
iand i can get a light and grow this one im buying some femized seeds

Then I would buy 4 different LED lights with 200W to 300W each and not a single 1000W light. Key with LED’s is to spread them.
I was thinking a full spectrum led for both veg and flower 600w 1.5m square just the one i poseted above just wasnt sure how genuine it is

You will have a much better time with a white grow light. And 600W for 1,5m x1,5m will work but could be a bit too weak to let the plants show there full potential. I wold have at lest 800W for that space.
@Grant2047 This is the tent we went with and we ordered the suggested light as well. The light is ok, but not a true 1000W. This is our first time growing inside as well, so we went the budget route and its working so far. Got our foot in the door, will upgrade as we go!

i was looking at that light on budget for my lil projects hehe i thought it could help me thro its first few stages then up grade and keep this for germinating thoughts ?

Its worked for us so far. My plant was growing at a slow rate at first, but we believe thats due to other factors like small pot size and not so good medium. From what we’ve gathered, it does do a good job all the way to the flower stage, then it starts to lack. We are thinking about getting another tent for flower stage, then we would upgrage and just use the giixer light for the veg tent.

UPDATE … the plant has gone in the green house i couldnt mimic the sun with the light i had. And i fear it didnt have the best start… movin hear moving there , fiddling with it 
trimmed the dead leafs of in pot out pot, ect… so i begun germinating a few more seeds i had thort i would sow these straight into jiffy pellet in the green house in a container been around 8 days and 1 shows sum real potential so im goin to leav these all in the green house till they all grow up pick the best and then i should then have a tent and light enough for 1 plant indoors any opinions on this welcome ,will it be okay if i bring 1 in from outside after it growing natural outside ? Ohh i forgot to add while doin all this other stuff the first 1 isnt doin so bad now slowly but surely
