Defoliation/Training Advice

Ez Growers,

So I have some questions regarding my trees. Ive attached pictures of the biggest ones here/ They are all 5 weeks old and I just gave them their first topping 4 days ago. Have a look at the pics and let me know thoughts and advice on if I should start defoliating at all, any tips on the best strategies for this?

Should I be tieing (training) any specific branches on these yet? How much do you recommend I cut out at this point?

Im trying to do a mainline type training where I get 4-6 main colas per tree. Some are growing alot faster than others, I assume this is due to genetics.

Also attached grow links to three of them however all 10 of my trees are getting the same nutes and training at the same time, only thing that differs is strain and position in the room.

they look hungry…more veg nutrients…dint cut leaves till 50 percent yellow…
