Doesn't seem to have grown in the past week despite still looking healthy, any ideas?

This happens to me as well. I wish i had an answer.

What happens to your plant when I stops growing? I think the buds may still be developing but I can’t tell. Still the same height. This shouldn’t be flowering for weeks
