My seedlings have been looking really droopy lately and are starting to get red stems. They also haven’t been growing as much as they should at this point in their growth. I’m wondering if maybe I’m watering too much or if my light source is too intense for them? I’m using a 600w LED full spectrum light to grow them inside my tent. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Please help!
I just misted them this morning so that probably doesn’t help with the pics.
It looks like overwatering. Try not to water every day, water then let i dry, then water. As long as they dont turn yellow, i think you’ll be fine.

Agreed , I’d give it about 15-20ml of water when almost completely dry in a ideal environment I’d assume every 36 hours or so water again. You can also use a spray bottle and spray twice onto the soil and lightly ontop of the leaves. @520grower

I wouldn’t spray the plant with water for now, just on the soil. It could generate more humidity and makes the leaves heavier.
