Hi! I started these indoors 15 days ago in peer pots. Should they be bigger? I’m doing an 18 hour light schedule ,

They are stretching to the light. You need to lower your lights and prop those seedlings up.

i would also put them in solo cups it liiks like your soil is only a inch or 2 deep. you always want your containers to be deeper than they are wide. If not the roots won’t be able to go deep enough to support itself

What soil are you using? Looks compacted to me with not enough aeration like perlite.
