I’m just fixing to pollinate a branch on this girl that’s in the fifth week!

I do still have the batch of seeds that my girls came from. They are regular photoperiod, and considering where I live, very likely Mexican field stock. It’s very sativa, and as you can see, my 3-year-old seeds are still going strong! It turns out citrusy and piney,
I just call it Citrus surprise!
So yes, Tradex be cool… next batch will be fresher, current batch still seems to work.!

I do a dry trim, regular trimming scissors that came with my trim tray. Really comes down to getting the feel and going with the grain of the bud. just practice over time. Also, they are rock solid so that helps make the trimming easier and cleaner. That PK Booster during week 5 helps a lot, doesn’t matter what your preferred boosting method is, just give here that huge week 5 dose and watch them buds fatten up over the last 3-4 weeks of flowering. I probably spend a good 10 hours trimming, I’m sure it could get done faster but i take my time and really manicure the buds.

Ahh I see. I’ve been wet trimming and going against the grain lol lesson learned thanks for the info. Also by pk boost do you mean like a good feeding of bloom nutes or like an actual pk booster supplement? I’ve used FF nutes and have the trio just wanted to make sure what ya mean by pk boost

He allways uses CANNA P/K 13/14 at week 5 to harden the buds

Actual PK booster, i only threw up that Canna pK 13/14 as an example. I know theres that flower power or flower fuel thats got a hugh pk ratio. Fox farms has a booster as well called Beastie Bloomz. Just look for a bud booster you like. I like Canna PK 13/14 and all their products as theyre plant extracted nutrients, just am expensive nutrient line to maintain.

At some point you stop the npk fert and start giving only pk? If so when?

Should always give some nitrogen throughout the entire flowering cycle up until the flush. Shr still grows leaves and those leaves are what stores the food and energy needed for phtosynthesis. That PK boost during week 5 is added on top of your regular feed schedule.
