Ok now flowering, but I have leaves falling off and turning yellow. I am concerned about these bugs also…
I will def get bigger pots next time. I did not expect the plants to grow so large.
But now I have leaves drooping, some falling off and these little flys mainly around the soil. I chose tge plants to help with health conditions and want to get this right.
Sounds like you have fungus gnats
… they‘ve already ruined a lot from what I can see at your pic‘s and first aid would be filling up your pot with siliceous sand (3-5 cm thick) so the flies can no langer lay eggs into the soil 
Do you mean on top of the current soil that is there?
I have ordered yellow sticky things also. I had a feeling to take out the plant and repot in some other soil. I just started flowering a couple of weeks ago.

The sticky yellow boards just catch the flying ones which cause no damage to the plant anyway, the maggots of this a*holefly cause the Trouble, because they eat the roots and the plant dies then.
You have to break the cycle and that happens with the Sand, because the fly’'s can’t come through the layer of sand to lay their eggs into the soil. If you have other Drainage holes in your pot you should close them too, with a very fine net, or a paper towel for example.
