If you are trying to post from the website, an icon for “Upload” is on top on the message window you are typing in.
Follow the prompts and click away. Or you can share your grow log from within the app itself and paste the link here. Click on the tree you want to share and top right should be an icon for sharing your grow log. Copy and paste that link on here. HTH.

Click on reply:
and you will end up with a dialog box where you type your message in. Click on the Upload icon (shown highlighted):
and you will end up with another dialog box. Click on Browse and select your picture from your computer:
and you will see the progress within the message box. After it completes uploading, you will end up with this:
Click on Reply and away you go. HTH.
