still looks too wet though (not because you just watered, but because you added too much water), you want the soil to be more dry than wet ie. not sodden so air can get in. when watering at this stage 25ml water max, every 2-3 days depending. an easy way to gauge it is if the pot feels light (like its full of air). if it does, add water. if not, dont.
i dont have any experience with that lamp but it does look underpowered so could be why growth is a little slow. you can get a light meter for your phone called photone and check online for recommended light levels for each stage of growth. for example this
according to that amazon page it has a max output of 175µmols which is gonna leave you short in the later stages.
