Help with my early veg plant

But now im having new growth drying out…should i water more often then?

I read about wind burn… could that be whats causing this? Plant looks healthy for most part but some browning curling leaves and drying leaves

That could be an issue depending on how much wind you have blowing on/at her throughout the day. Some wind is good but if its a constant wind or strong it can harm the plants. But normally the leaves will twist/contort themselves to protect from wind. Im sure this is frustrating but we will help you get through it. When it comes to yellowing and browning it can be various things and just have to go through each possibility and cross them out one by one so dont stress to much we got your back

If the leaves feel dry and sandpapery or crispy it could be from underwatering but youll also have curled fingers most times as well. So if thats also occurring then yes water in some more than you have been

Im almost positive its wind burn after reading up on the issue. I had fan blowing half speed oscillating at dirt and its the lower leaves where the air was directed that are drying out first im assuming because of the increased transpiration. I raised fan to blow over top of canopy instead of directly at plants snd lowered the speed to lowest setting. Will check back and let know if it improves!

I think you are right to go this way. A small plant won’t need much wind/air movement. I only started with my clip fan once the plant got bigger and more leafy. I also pointed it above the plant until mid-veg and then pointed it towards lower branches to get air up and through the leaves as my plant grew very bushy. Good luck

That is really smart, I do that. I blow my fans above the plant until it’s well established. I don’t want to dry it out at all in the early stages of life.

Top is still looking a bit dry in some areas but looks like its slowly recovering

This is at 24 days currently… stunted or is it on track ?

It was probably stunted early on but given more veg time she will grow out of it as long as not stressed out the whole time. But she does look healthy

go with 25% or 30% of your pot volume. goodd rule of thumb.

This would still be considered early vegetative state right?

For me i consider early the first week or two after seedling has sprouted its first set of serrated leafs and yours i considered in full veg stage. Root zone is established as well as initial growth
