High ppm runoff

Hello I am growing indoor bag seeds using 7 gal fabric pots running advanced nutrients perfect ph two part solutions,

last water I did my run off came out around 1 litre I put 7 litres in and ph was 6.2 which is good and ppms around 900 last week of veg. I let the pots dry out for around 5-6 days they were really dry.

Next water (today) ( second day flower) I did 7L with nutrients reading 6.2 ph and 750ppm before going In. I got around 300ML of run off reading 6.2 ph and 1800 ppm would this be caused from only gettingaround 4% run off coming out, and not 20%? And not diluting enough? The 2 waters before this feed were just ph water.

I don’t know what you are using for medium, but I think you need to take into account there will be some additional ppm from your soil if you’re using a potting mix. Plus if you’re using hard water there will be a certain ppm in that as well.
