Getting that humidity up will be helpful in bringing the temp down. They can work inversely like that depending on the temperature outside of your tent. The 70degree/50% is often what I deal with in the summer/fall inside drying. Always tough getting the temp down for me as well. As long as the temp doesn’t get too much higher you’ll be good. Getting that humidity up will help slow things down, preserving your terps. @BluntForceTrauma420 ‘s numbers are ideal.
I’m one for only hanging until the stems are about to snap ( maybe some smaller stems snap, but bigger ones still bend but have lost the rubbery feel, around 5-8 days depending on the bud mass) then I cut all the buds off into a Home Depot Husky container with the rubber lined seams for a tight seal on the lid. I imagine any container could do but having a good seal matters. In the same environment, I’ll go through “sweating” and “crisping” sessions back and forth for about 5-7 days to reinsert moisture and take it away, occasionally and lightly moving buds from the bottom to top. I keep a Bluetooth hygrometer in the container so I can keep my humidity range between about 54-60%. Once my humidity is hanging right around 56-58% with the lid closed for about 48 hrs with no real change in numbers and stems snap I start to trim and jar or grove bag.
