We’re at the same stage bro and I’m not thinking of chopping for another week or two mate, I am still clear and cloudy, no amber. Aiming for somewhere around 60-65 days

What’s the strain finish time? I got some 7-8 week finishing Ik you go at least an extra week based off breeder time that’s why I was going to give them to 9 weeks I’ve already started flushing want them to use up whatever nutrition they have stored

I’ve got 2 x mimosa x orange punch at 55-60 days, and 2 blueberry cheese at 60-65 days. Think they will probably go a couple days over those windows but just taking it day by day. Will base the chop on the trichomes mainly, the window is just an estimate really. Personally I want a bit of couchlock so am happy to let it go a bit longer, but if you prefer more energetic then chop away!

I get you. I get impatient at the end too! If the tricombs are at the level that works best for you, chop them down and hang them up!

Dumb question for you @SJ1 if your plants Hermie on you and they produce seeds, are those seeds guaranteed to be feminized seeds like the ones you purchased or could they be both male and females?
@Deanroche i fell into the same problem you did brother as I’m now tapping into my jars I’m finding seeds on almost all of the strains!!

I’m not too sure mate, I’ve never planted any of the seeds I got from hermies. Maybe I will try it one day, I don’t know. But @frogyrogy did, he made a post offering the seeds, said he planted one from a fem hermie and it was fine, female and didn’t hermie apparently.

Only other thing I can tell you is that the growshop guy said not to grow them, but he would say that so he can sell me more seeds lol.

Day F53, the mimosas (left) got their final feed and deleaf today, aiming for chop in a week or so, with the blue cheese about a week after that.

thanks bro yeah joy might be pushing it a bit haha

Sorry to hear @Yogi420420 , I didn’t see any seeds in mine till at the very end 3 weeks, but I did end up smoking it and was OK, hope you turn a smoke from them which your trucs looked amazing :ok_hand:both of us got to be more careful :+1:

She wasn’t a true hermie . . . she just threw a couple of nanners in late flower. If she had hermed and grew balls it would have gone to the trash before pollinating anything.

If a plant is true herm with balls, flowers and pollen it’s garbage . . . so are the seeds. If a female throws a few stress related nanners those seeds likely don’t have the herm or male genes to pass on . . . this was the case so I figured I’d run one of them back. She grew fine and smokes well. The rest of them may be anything, I don’t know.

Thanks for the feedback I think mines grew a couple naners so I’m going to try and grow them fuck it what’s the worst that will happen!!!

I did a bit more research to try and verify what I was saying about nanners in late flower. It is called ā€œrodelized pollenā€ and does produce feminized cannabis seeds.

A lot more studies and papers on it out there than I thought; I copied this from canna connection:

RODELIZATION METHOD

This is the more natural way to create female cannabis seeds. It basically involves forcing your female plants into becoming hermaphrodites by refusing to harvest their buds.

Hermaphroditism is a natural feature of the cannabis plant, and female plants usually become hermaphrodites when they’re growing in particularly tough conditions. As the plant senses that it is nearing the end of its life cycle, it will pollinate itself in a final attempt to reproduce.

The same happens if female plants are allowed to mature long enough. Again, as the plant reaches the end of its life cycle and senses that it hasn’t been pollinated, it will auto pollinate. Hence, by not harvesting your female plants you can essentially trick them into becoming hermaphrodites. And, as long as they haven’t come into contact with male pollen, you can rest assured the seeds you end up with will be feminized.

While rodelization is the most natural way to produce female seeds, it isn’t very reliable. This is because, even though you refuse to harvest your plants, it isn’t guaranteed that your plants will pollinate themselves.

Hermaphroditism is partially genetic and hence the success of the rodelization method depends on the genetics of your plants. Some plants will create seeds more easily than others.

 I got these crystal plant sticks when traveling in the Himalayas in India… I ate some snow up in the clouds at the top of the earth and bought some super cool crystals. I bought like a suitcase worth of crystals

Awesome! Very interested to hear how you get on. I am going to do a couple autos outdoor next week, and will add one to each pot for that run.

And bro, that wasn’t ā€œsnowā€

ETA: Actually I might add an antenna to just one and do a kind of A/B test so we can see if it actually does work or not.

For sure, I have music playing in my grow room, when the lights are on. Sound effects matter/water. If you want a super cool deep dive check out cymatics (effect of sound on matter).

I have spent years learning about crystals, the ethereal, chi/prana, pyramids, multi-dimensional physics, quantum theory, zero point energy, light-body activation (Merkaba) etc… the list goes on and on.

The craziest thing is that the pyramids in Giza, back in the day when they were plated with limestone and had a Gold capstone, was a super solar conductor that powered their city. Water from the river nile actually ran up and over the pyramid through a phenomenon called Capillary action. It created electrical currents so they can do many things… I also believe that the Pyramid was used for interstellar travel to other planetary ā€œStar Gatesā€ … anyway, sorry, this is a subject for a different kind of forum LOL
