My personal best yield!! I am so happy!!

1 plant = 316 grams / 11.28 oz

Just under 3/4 pound of this Gelato Photoperiod from Coastal Genetics.

The profile of the aroma is just unbelievable, me, my wife and her friend were all blown away at how yummy it smelled. We all wanted to eat a bud :joy:

That’s not a bush, thats a tree! Lol love it! Ill be converting my grow tent over to a drying tent when its time, may I ask for any tips or guidance on how you set it up?

Thanks @Fatmanicus, I am super happy with this plant, especially since she gave me 3x more than I ever got off a plant so far.

Sure thing.
There are many ways to set up the drying environment, everyone has their preferences on how to hang the plant etc.

In my opinion, the most important thing is, to have Complete Environment control in order to achieve the following:

  1. Maintain a Constant RH in the range of 60%-62%.
  2. Maintain cool Temperatures, the cooler the better, in order to maintain the integrity of the trichomes.
  3. Maintain constant air exchange. Old air out/new air in.
  4. Maintain constant air flow, not a lot, just a little to keep the air moving. I place one at the top and one at the bottom of the tent. Never blowing air on the plant.

Drying Time: The goal is to allow the buds to dry as Slowly as possible. If possible, chop and hang the Entire plant. If it is too big, I cut it up in sections. I hang the larger buds near the back of the tent and smaller stems and buds near the front. I will start dry trimming with the smaller ones as they will be done first, usually around day 13 and trim the rest over the next day or 2. I only take a small amount of branches out of the tent to trim, bag it, then go for more.

Here is my setup:

Very nice. Do you find the humidifiers are necessary? Don’t the plants generate enough moisture to keep the RH high in the tent?

@Graywave - I can’t get over how healthy and lush your vegetation is! Great job.

It’s the extreme blend foliar spray! Lol thanks though. Last 2 grows I had issues with burned leaves towards harvest but this grow is looking good!

Yes, for my set up, The humidifiers are 100% necessary to keep the RH constant. Since the RH in my lung/grow room is about 35%-40% range, the fresh air constantly drops the RH. I have it dialled in now so that the range Never drops below 60% and never gets over 62%, and I am not using much distilled water in the humidifiers as I was on the first few dries.

I have spent much time staring at how quickly the RH drops and how quickly it rises again. By adding the 2nd humidifier, the RH up is quick, and with the Exhaust fan at the perfect level, the RH drops fairly slowly.

Duuuude thank you! Ive got a huey ready and some some of ac infinity cabinet fans planned to pull and push their through. Im budgeted out so, the buds will be hanging by wire clothes hangers like sweet sweet wind chimes! I think with a repurpse of my govee hygrometer as a controler, i can pull off a lil bargain build.

I’m definitely digging yer setup, thank you again for sharing it and the time it took! Ill be for sure barrowing a few ideas there! Thank you again.

The tents located in the basement, and at least down there i can keep it around 16 to 17c probably even cooler pulling air from ground a bit more forcable, but ive got time i made build an swamp cooler to really keep it cool.

With the RH, i was always told to avoid over 60 for fear or mold, though Im assuming with the lower temps and constant air flow and exchange that’s fairly avoidable?
