First off, wow some awesome buds since my last visit! I’m back in the saddle again…3rd grow is Royal Runtz x2 Purple Ghost Candy and a Critical+2.0 Auto. All are 16 days from seed. Im trying this plug method i read about using FF Happy Frog and Ocean Forest. The Auto will stay in the pot and given as a gift. The 2 Runtz will go inside once i transplant to 5gal. Not sure what Im going to do with the PGC, I might give to a co worker who just lost all her plants…

I do the center plug method with happy frog for my autos and by the time plant is mature enough its roots have hit the ocean forrest and havent had anything negative to say about. Also running my photos same way except starter pot is happy frog then transplant to ocean forrest and havent noticed a negative impact other than 1 self strain that needed a lighter mix but pushed through. All in all i think youll be satisfied doing the plug not to mention saves on veg nutes (normally good 3-4 weeks before it needed anything besides balanced water) i went through more bloom and calmag than the veg nutes.

Thats a heart breaker. I haven’t yet experienced that. I feel like if you grow long enough. It will happen to everyone eventually. I dread that day. I hope the rest turns out great

I think my problem may of been the container was a little small , so I went and picked up a couple airpots and a fabric , I repotted it so hopefully it’s goes back to normal , I have noticed a little grow since repotting 36hrs ago so fingers crossed it perks up again once the plant settles .

Air is key for roots! That’s a bit hard to accept at the beginning, but without a good air intake to roots the size of your pot won’t matter that much.

Airpots will definitely help, if you freed a bit the roots before repotting.
