Ive settled on a 30 day limit for veg these days. Any longer than that running coco in autopots doesn’t really seem to pay off in the final yields. I can have the tent full with 8 plants but i need a better light so that the outside edges are getting covered properly now that i have the 5×5.

I run 5g pots and ive noticed if i try a 60 day veg im fked mid flower do to root zone taking up all the soil mass and at 45 day veg around last week or so of flower i run into same issue so i try to stay in the 30s and its been a lot better flowering experiences lol

New to growing, bout 2weeks old, didn’t have the best start as I was upgrading the grow tent an lights shortly after it sprouted, but how’s it looking?

Hey welcome to the community i hope you enjoy it here with us and congrats on your hobbie. It can be challenging at times but plenty of awesome people here that are always willing to help each other out so ask any questions you may have. As for your seedling its looks pretty good for 2 weeks old and being your first time. She looks like she had a slight stretch and probably do to lack of light intensity while you was upgrading stuff but its not bad at all really and doesn’t look like any harm was done so congrats on tackling your first seedling stage ( imo seedling stage and dry/cure stage are the hardest). Do you know what strain it is and could you tell us a little about your setup? Like tent size, soil type,temps and humidity things like that and we may be able to help with some tips or tricks with some of the stuff your using. Happy growing and looking forward to future updates

Hey man an thanks for the welcome, strain is cosmopolis, tent size is 60x60x120cm light is mars hydro tsw2000 600w got a cheap fan, no humidifiers or extractor fan, light is on around 20% 45-50cm above canopy I’ll provide a couple pic below, soil is searls premium potting mix with pearlite.

Cool litte set up! With a lot of light, make sure you don’t fry your girl with it! Also keep an eye on the humidity and temperature. And you should get a bigger fan once your plant is getting bigger.
I would not give her water for the next 3 or 4 days. She looks a bit overwatered.

Holey moley there some fine looking plants man, I watered this morning before I saw your comment of possible overwatering but I testesed an the soil was pretty dry almost a full finger deep, so I was thinking possible under watering even?

The next week or so I should have an extractor fan an humidifier as well.

Hey man welcome to the community, I’d suggest investing in autopot or other alternate auto watering systems with Netbows to get even and measured watering.

Awesome as thanks, I’ll post more pics in the upcoming weeks as my plant progress an I keep upgrading my grow tent, would you guys recommend c02 bags at all I was thinking of getting one next week when I get my extractor fan an nutes, also thinking I maybe need to go bigger with the tent.

I’d suggest getting the extractor fan 1st and a bigger clip fan as was mentioned by one the guys, improves your grow environment alot. Dangers of not having one is a variety of problems that might arise. Co2 bags can be an additional improvement maybe
