Crackadoo your response was gold an pretty much answered all I was going to ask, I’m in a very low socioeconomic suburb (to Americans the equivalent of the hood) so I’d have a huge chance of them being stolen rather then someone calling an dobbin on me.
I used to live in a suburb near the mangroves an the whole suburb/ postcode smelt like bud every direction, would be perfect for growing outdoors, I’d like to get some ABC seeds to try an incognito kinda grow out doors, my uncle’s in nothern NSW who is a very experienced outdoor grower I was gonna give some seeds to him an see how he goes with them.
An I was just reading that sativas an some landraces are good in our climate an weather.
I’m in Southern California which is among the best climates and still got bud rot outdoors. That’s what forced me indoors

We have something similar to the emerald triangle just not as big or hardcore an violent , or as alot of ppl here call it the weed capital of Australia, idk if it is so much anymore though, it suck it was leagized to grow in one state/ capital territory a few years ago now medicals popular an was easy as to get now there getting semi strict on it again, monthly limits, Only certain conditions you can get certain concentrates it’s stupid.

I had a friend that worked on a farm up there and he said it’s pretty crazy. Him and his buddy got into some shit with the farm they were working for and had to skip town cuz I guess they wanted to kill them. But, I think there’s crazy shit like that everywhere

I hope they legalise it in more states an territories then just the 1 here, after the government seeing the billion $ profits an next year’s expected profits of medical they’d be stupid not to an with how cheap medical bud is here they could make a killing taxing legal weed.
The only cool thing about it being legal is being able to grow it. The shops are crazy expensive since they legalized it due to the taxes

It was ok st price here but as soon as COVID hit Q’s went from 80-100 max to now 120-150 for a q (quarter Oz) so I stick to medi over a half Oz for 90 an I know what I’m getting.

I lived in Florida for 10 years and can def grow down there but higher risk for mildew and rot do to constant high humidity and the heat will burst a lot of trichomes in flower but totally doable just some prep work should be done before hand.

Those white hairs coming out the bulb indicates it’s a female bulb sack and just a late bloomer (most times). There are a few occasions where the bulb showed white pistils but ended up forming sacks so it’s always something to be ware of just in case it happens. I normally just pop them off so not risking it and if the other flower sites are way ahead of it then it won’t be taking any energy away from the more mature ones

Wow that’s actually really interesting, it looks so male besides the pistols, btw I’ve noticed what I believe might be powdery mildew Forming on some leaves, not a big problem to get rid of bit keeping humidity down a bit more seems to slow it right down, I’ll have to make a baking soda oil soap mix an spray them

Yeah they can be tricky at times but it’s a good way to tell if your plant is female or not during preflower so you can remove males and what not but has its faults at times lol. But from what I notice and this is just my personal observation but if the bulb has 2 hairs 99% time has been female and if bulb has 1 hair i still treat it like a female but have noticed most my hermed plants I seen 1 hair and thought okay cool female and ended up with seeds so I never trust the 1 hair bulbs anymore lol. Now there is no science backing that, that I know of but it’s just something I think could be happening

My first grow had obvious hermied balls by the end of first week, this one’s looking good so far nothing like the first, though the really mutated one is hard to tell yet.
