I think you’re gonna want a bigger one after this run. It’s all personal preference though. I like only filling mine once in veg and twice in flower. Unfortunately big brute garbage cans aren’t cheap. Also if it leaks for any reason bigger isn’t better for sure.

I was thinking I may need a larger one but wasn’t sure being my first run but I’d also like to just fill twice a grow if possible

Last run I only had them set up in flower and I filled my 55 gallon res 2x. This run the res lasted almost 40 days for veg.
Edit: that was 4 10 gallon grassroots fabric bags for last run. This run is 6 of the same.

ahhh okay I’m guessing I’ll need a bigger one after this then lol. each plant is gonna have a minimum of 6 gallons of soil or so. I just moved up pot sizes to 7g and then the beds have about 25g of soil each

For me it makes the other things more enjoyable like training and defoliation. Makes me feel like I’m doing something. That and the automation keeps things consistent and easier to predict. I’m starting to reammend my soils in between cycles so the whole cycle will be truly water only. I think it’s better than trying to top dress through the mulch layer.

So vacuuming the grow tent floor this morning waved it a little to high an sucked in a left that almost pulled the whole branch in lucky I was quick an grabbed it an pulled it out , shit was kinda hilarious so was hard to be annoyed or mad at that hahaha.

A very reliable measurement system, I like it. When flowers are a full can plus I think its safe to say you have done a great job. Not long to go now but this last stretch always feels like the longest.

Yeah it does man the count down is on, ideally I want to harvest on the 8th week, I’m lucky I’ve gotten this far without a dehumidifier that I got coming wed for the last couple weeks, I found one branch with spidermites literally localized to the one so I stretched it away an rubbed a few leaves here an there with insectacidle soap spray, it was the one that accidentally got sucked into the vacuum for a few seconds hahaha, I’m praying I can keep them under control for the next 2 weeks using it as a sacrificial branch atm.

See if “lost coast plant therapy” is available by you. Supposedly it takes care of spider mites. Also I know it’s safe for spraying in flower.

Yeah no where in aus sells lost coast, id have to order online., it’d probably take a week an by then only a week left so don’t think it’d be worth it?
