I see ya got some decent foxtailing happening which isn’t a bad thing but in cases like this it’s good you have the ability to check trichomes instead of having to base it off of pistil colors cause she would be very deceiving it looks like lol. and beautiful colors man it should also be a really good yield as well

Yeah I believe the foxtailing is due to the really high temps the last couple weeks hahaha cant get below 30°c most days highest was 33 so far, humidity has been a slight issue the last 4 to 5 days up until today as well, these major swings I’ve been struggling with this close is stressful AF.

The last 4 pics id say there super close easy 80-90% cloudy an I see some amber this morning popping up., the huge ones in the back are taken a hot minute to catch up there about 50/50 clear, cloudy.

Looking really nice. When you are checking trichomes check parts that aren’t bits of the fox tailing, the trichomes on those sections are fresher and behind the majority. It’s usually a heat related thing I’ve noticed, it happens a lot more in my summer grows than any other time.

Yeah that’s what I was think with the heat I just did a double check on parts below the foxtailing an there where a couple ambers I could see here an there so I maybe ok, I’ll do 1 more check later this arvo before lights off.

So I like a decent couch lock kinda high an I know that needs a bit more amber then what I could see today, but I’m curious as to what the high is like with just all cloudy/milky trichome, does it give you that high that makes you head high an feel dumb AF? Or that kinda high that makes you want to do stuff like clean the whole house hahaha Let me hear some opinions on this or experiences.

A lot of that is strain dependent but I rarely get the first one when chopping at cloudy

There is usually one among each of my grows that is not quite as far along as the rest come harvest and that one usually ends up being for before work or going and doing things.

The first 6 of 12 total weeks of flowering are over. Harvest will be sometime between Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Check the bottom nugs or the middle but not the tops. The tops will ripen before the bottom especially if you’ve been touching the tops.

Today defoliated a bit for better air circulation and light penetration :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Watering from below seems to be working well. Except for the two in the largest pot, which came in later, I’ll probably have to water them from above 1-2 more times.

I am satisfied

This is why I went with blumats. I found bottom watering to not work as well as my blumats.

I understand how that goes. I had to save up over a few months and my system was less than $300.
