Neither! No roof damage, no light stress, and probably no overwatering either.
The problem is your soil.
You had mixed a living soil and activated it by watering?
You should not have germinated directly in the final pot with this soil.
It is not consistently moist.
You can see it by the circular moisture around the seedlings.
Thus, the soil could not properly develop its microlife.
It is too harsh for the little ones.
Next time, grow them in Light Mix and only later put them in there.
If you’re lucky, they’ll survive it. But they’ll take longer.

In the middle of the pot, however, I had left a cup’s worth of space and filled this recess with a mix of Light mix and rhizobacter.
Unfortunately, the milky way f1 is too small for Day 18 and was replaced by a fresh gorilla glue auto seed.
Now that all the soil is moist again, I think it will get better.
Initially, due to the heat, I completely forgot about the pot weight, and as you correctly noticed, I also forgot to thoroughly moisten everything again beforehand.
It happens, but it seems to help.
Always let the freshly activated Living soil rest for three to four weeks.
Thoroughly moisten for activation.
It was always said to add 10 - 15 % of the soil volume in water.
That alone was often too much. 5 % is better.
Important after watering to activate. Mix everything through a couple of times and then do that once a week during the 3 - 4 weeks.
Next time, when newly activated, start them in a light 1 - 2 l pot and then transplant them once they have a 5-fingered leaf pair.
Then they really take off.
But you’re probably lucky. I think they’re recovering.

The Solo Cup test cups were all relieved of their upper sails today.
Today at work, I took a small polyethylene box. It occurred to me to try making a DIY clone machine for cuttings. Tomorrow I will test it if today I see that the water does not overheat with intervals of 15 on 45 off. I would like to have it to clone quickly because I’m still testing with IBA-K. I also tried air layering.
Incredibly, they rooted in just 3 days with air layering and a small constriction just below. It seems faster; I suppose it greatly optimizes the process for the plant by not cutting the branch, and the wire knot helps concentrate the energy. So I really don’t know if I’ll use the nebulizer cloner. Has anyone tried air layering before?
The Cheese plants have horribly enormous leaves; 1 leaf is bigger than the entire plant xD

the others are still healthy despite living daily with 33ºC, I’m tired of summer, I think if everything goes well I can move to flowering at the end of August.

Something has happened compared to my last picture. Everyone is over the hump.
Lamps are hanging approx. 50cm above the tops. Now at almost 50% dim switch.
GrowLoops were carefully removed.
I made the holes they left disappear. Some new Light mix/perlite soil around the stem, and some of my mixed soil around the edges.
On top of that, the mulch layer of hemp bedding that finally arrived yesterday.
Before that, the existing soil in the fabric pot was watered again so that the new soil could soak up some moisture immediately.
The seedlings are also doing well and are thirsty.
Today there was an organic fertilizer stick from DM for each. That should sustain them over time.
I’m curious.
I sure hope so. Worried about excess nitrogen in the flower even tho I started tapering 2 months ago and did a solid 3 week flush (the plants went about a week longer than I thought they would)
