Hey there, i recently planted an auto shark from pyramid seeds. This is my first time and I have not much information about growing cannabis. It is 3 weeks there but I think it is growing slow. I really hope you can help me by telling me if my plant it’s ok or not. Greetings from Chile.
But donnu whats wrong, it looks a little wird.
Hey it looks amazing. I knew it was something wrong with mine. Hope I can solve it quickly.
looks like the first 2 pics its reaching for light maybe light is to far away? 3rd pic looks like its over watered
@Gerafloyd try lowering your light in increments until the leaves lay flat instead of pointing upwards. Lower and check after 3-4 hours, if they still point up lower a few more inches and repeat as needed until they aren’t pointed to the sky. Also try watering much less maybe 25ml of water just around the base of them stem, overwatering causes lack of oxygen to the roots and stunts growth.
Thanks pal
But how can I do with the light if this shark is outdoor? Thanks again
didn’t notice it was outdoor, sorry bro
Welcome to the community @Gerafloyd
Hi Gerafloyd. I’m not an expert by any means. I’m tending my first plant as well and I’ve been reading like crazy. Your plant is doing much better than mine. The colour of yours looks good. Mine is 10 days since I started germinating it (7 days in a peat pod) and it has developed a yellowish tinge around the edges of the first true leaves. I had read that a lack of development above the surface could mean that great things are going on underneath. I checked mine today to make sure it wasn’t getting too dry, and I noticed that the roots were coming through the netting that hold the pod together. So this , in my mind anyway, confirmed that it indeed has been active under the surface. I have now moved it to a bigger pot with bio soil. Hopefully the nutrients in the soil will help with the yellowing. I can’t find any information on the nutrient values of peat. Chis’s plants look great but they remember, they are in a controlled environment. If you are strictly growing outside, your plants may take a little longer to get where Chis’s are. I don’t know about you but I’m finding this a stressful exercise. It has got to the point where I’ve become a little bit obsessive about this little plant!
I’m putting a lot of pressure on her. To everyone, if I’m misguided in anything I have offered here, I would appreciate it if someone more experienced would straighten me out. Like I said, I have no experience, but I’m here to learn. Best of luck in your grow(s)!
S’up. I also started knowing anything. I recently read about the leaves and I think mine is little bit stressed because of the sun, so I moved my girl away from high sun and I built a mesh to protect her.
About yours, I think your plant may need nitrogen. If Im not wrong, that’s the why the yellow in the tip of the leaves.
Welcome to the Community @JetBlack and thank you for your input
You might be on the right path with the nitrogen. Since she has been moved to a bigger pot with some soil that is providing some actual nutrients she seems to be doing a bit better. Here’s hoping it straightens things out.
Hi friends. My plant had has some progress. Here there is a recent pic . Also a question, in what stage my plant is? Is it still in veg stage? Greetings.
Yes your plant is in the veg stage. Usually after the seedling has reached its 4th Node or 30 to 45 days after you plant your seed you should be in the veg stage. Always remember every plant is different and reacts to its environment differently. The most important thing in growing is patience and allow the plant to take its course.
Looks like it’s coming along well. Slowly but surely.
