I have a question about my girls. This picture was taken today and it is day 42 since they went in the soil. Do these look like I should cut the lighting to 12/12?

You could flower now… if you want some beasts let them finish a 10 week veg… but to answer your question yes yu can flip them at anytime now. Looks great!
As general rule you should switch when they are half the size you want them to be or half the size of your grow space that way when they stretch you can have adequate space left for your lights and what not so you don’t burn them. So I’ve heard anyway.
