If you don’t have a growlog please answer these questions.
What strain are you growing? Is it Auto, Fem or Reg?
Are you growing Indoor or outdoor?
Are you using nutrients? Which ones? How much?

I have a plant that is flowering at week 9 it looked asif it was almost ready to flush. But now at week 10 the plant started a bunch of new growth nearly trippling in size. So now i have flowers that are pretty much ripe and new stuff that isn’t even close. And it not like I can harvest half now and half later because this new growth is happening off of pre existing buds

Sounds like its foxtailing, how close are your lights and what type of lights? foxtail can be caused by too much light or heat stress in the flowering stage. But it can also be the strain you are growing

im using spider farmer sf 2000 i know its not getting too hot. its more of getting too cold. im honestly thinking of just shock ripen and chop it after 72hrs. the remaing fan leaves are dying off

If you have new buds that are not even close to be ready, that will transform into nothing really.
