Is this dead?

accidentally dried out the rapid rooter for about 8hrs or so ,here is a picture, can anyone tell me if its dead or will be ok , The strain is Scoops of Chem by freeworldgenetics, The seed was placed in a rapid rooter for germination in a tray with a dome, temp around 80f and hunidity kept around 70-80%

Put it in soil asap, it could grow still. Then spray some water un put it under the light.
Just leave the head above the surface and bury the rest.
