I bought this light for my indoor house plants. Can I use this to start growing? Which lights would I use for the veg stage and which for flowering? Red lights are combined with the blue so I’m confused

Specs for said light. I really appreciate any help! Not sure if I should be starting on the red/blue or go full spectrum. Or if these are not good lights all around.
Welcome Cadera. You want full spectrum for the whole cycle. I don’t have experience with those wand type lights but you may want to upgrade when you get the chance before you get too far into veg and definitely before you decide to flip them into flower. If you notice the seedlings stretching upwards at any point in time, there isn’t enough light for them
Thank you!
I’ve tested it, works great for seedling, but you will need to upgrade
@Cadera860 I have to be honest here. This LED light will do the job but if you’re shooting for better results you’ll want to invest in a more intense light with IR & UV bulbs. I recommend Platinum LED P150 for clones and seedlings. It’s small but packs a nice punch of ppfd’s (intensity). Or get the P300 or P450 or P600 but keep it further away at seedling stage. I used to use Platinum LED but now i switched to BlackDogLED Phyto-Max 3 8SP in a 4’x2.5’ tent with minimum flowering footprint of 3x3 which makes it the most intense light I’m allowed to put inside this size tent for maximum yield and performance.
I hope this helps.
And to answer your question about spectrum you always want to do full spectrum because the sun doesn’t have a veg and Bloom switch LOL so you always want to provide as much light as they can take for best performance.
Watch these Grow along + Growing How To videos and it’ll help you with a lot of stuff like transplanting, taking care of pests, CO2 supplementation, defoliating when and how and how many times, pruning or lollipopping, and much more…
