So everything I think is going fine from what I know. I just cant figure out how often to water and feed nutrients, I know the finger trick but the dirt always feels dry lol and I dont want to overwater ot underwater and hurt my plants soo if I dont go by the finger trick how often should I water and feed them?

Hey MaryJane,

Iโ€™m in the same boat as you. The inch finger test is unreliable for me too as my soil stays fairly damp for 4-5 days+.

From everything Iโ€™ve read online, less is definately more with the watering - itโ€™s better to underwater than overwater. So just keep an eye on the plants, get to know the symptoms of both under and overwatering so you can tell them apart and then go from there.

Unfortunately your grow link isnโ€™t working so I canโ€™t have a look, can you post it again?

Cheers

The plants look great. When they get thirsty they will look droopy or wilted. You can also get a moisture meter that you can stick into the soil and tell you how wet or dry the soil is. I use one and it takes all the guess work out of it.

Keep an eye on the plants feeding and track the amount of water used. See how they react and move from there.
