The buds look tight to me. Trichromes are looking milky white in some areas. Is my plant ready to harvest?
Harvest depends on what effect your wanting from your flowers but most growers harvest when all the trichomes are milky and 10-20% amber which will give you a full body high and couch lock. Or if you harvest when trichomes are all milky and no amber it will give you more of a energetic head high @JimBud
Photo 1 is not ready to harvest, photo 2 is a energetic type head high, and photo 3 is when most growers harvest for full body high and heaviest yield but increased couch lock
If you still see clear heads it means your plant is still producing thc and will be more potent if you wait longer before harvest, when they start turning amber it means the flowers are at maximum thc content and beginning to deteriorate the thc into cbd

I agree with @209MIKE here, I always go for 10 to 15% amber, which I think is the right place to be.
If you see like 20% or more amber, then it might hit you pretty hard, more like a “go to sleep” kind of high, or you’ll feel tired.
Probably but it’s better to wait until u c some amber trychs
