You could but you would be running into problems during flowering with deficiencies without the flores or just a straight up crap harvest if they make it through. It would be better to pick some up to make grow worth while in my opinion
Sorry i was meaning during veg only in flower i would use flores
In that case yes you could, the only thing you might need to add is some cal-mag depending on what you are growing in.
