Phosphorus toxicity?

i am growing gorilla glue auto indoors
Foxfarm Nutrients… very sparingly on any auto I do.
The other day I was giving Nutrients to my photoperiod plants(about 4-5days ago) which are currently transitioning into flowering. had the tiger bloom and grow big and big bloom all in one for my photos. had little left over so figured wouldn’t hurt to dilute it a bit and throw it on my just newly flowering GG Auto. I think I FU$k%@D Up. to me it seems to be exhibiting signs of phosphorus toxicity… Any recommendations other than flushing? which I’ve just now done twice… wondering if anyone has had a run in with something similar and whats the best approach to take other than flushing and hopeful patience…

They’re looking good overall. Maybe slightly overwatered and hungry for some nitrogen.

Yellowing starts on the older bigger leaves as the plant starts using the nitrogen up and will gradually work its way all over the plant until they get a feed.

I agree with @Gunther it looks like a case of overwatering with the way the leaves look, as for the yellowing it could be because it’s in early stages of flowering and in the flower stretch and is just using nitrogen from the large fan leaves to support the rapid growth it’s experiencing from stretch as if it’s been needing nitrogen for a while. As long as it’s only affecting the large fan leaves I would wait to see how it unfolds, new growth looks healthy at the moment besides the leaves sagging a little bit. Let it dry out a little extra than what you normally do and then water with pure ph’ed water @20% less than last time and if it springs up within a couple hours your in good shape @DankCHzz90 let us know what happens with her

That was also my first thought, overwatering, but being in a 3 gallon fabric pot i dont think this is the case… Plus it was given about 2-3days no water(and my test prob read Dry +, and Dry through whole grow medium). my main concern was the leaves around the new growth and bud sites up top that look all skinny and scrawny… i know they say autos are very finicy with giving nutes, especially before there is an actual nug up top… i flushed her out late last night and put her back in the room this morn. top leaves seemed little less deformed but ill keep yall updated… i just hope i didnt effect my overall yield… We shall prevail!

I like the way you explain things @209MIKE
I was thinking the same, and there Autos? , can I ask you what would an average ultimate Auto give in weight?, all different but its my first with 3 to try them along side my 3 photoperiod

They look good to me @DankCHzz90, but I think ease off on the water till you see it improves, but I’m ruining 3 ultimate Autos, first time abs looking at yours they look like you will get good results, what would you expect from one, if you do mind me asking, happy grown pal :seedling::herb::deciduous_tree::+1:

I honestly have no experience with autos myself because I prefer photo period strains, my cousin grows strictly autoflower strains and as long as you give them everything they need and maybe plus some you could pull 6 ounces or more from each plant. But that’s just an estimate, as we both know the environment and methods vary by growers experience and setup. One thing I do know about autos is make sure they always have enough room and don’t let them get rootbound and keep them happy, any stress to a auto will affect overall yield @Deanirishgrower

Cheers @209MIKE, always appreciate your great input pal and that’s ok for me 8oz :+1:

hoping u reintroduced balanced nutes to ur flush, if not ur going to go full on yellow in a little while. i had 4 autos all exibit this exact behavior right after stretch, it was my watering technique. did u add any perlite to ur ffof? i didnt and i think the soil is too compact starving the roots of oxigen during wet periods. i now use very light nutes like 1.3 ec. and water only when pots are feather light. did u probe tbe center of the root ball with ur moister meter? mine are also in 3 gallon pots… ill never grow autos in 3 gallon again. i think its too small. finicky isnt the word for autos… annoying is more like it… i have photos in 5 gallon pots that are just happy as a clam. wishing u luck!

My second last grow was gg#4 auto flower, I’m pretty new at this but I can tell you gorilla glue is a heavy feeder. Mine turned yellowish till I upped my nutrients I was feeding at half and 3/4 strength. Get it right and gorilla glue is a potent puff and a nice yeilder!
