Hey brother,
Yeah, your nutrients are not balanced in my opinion, not necessarily missing. And, The black spots could be a fungi, but the good news is that both of these are easy to deal with at this stage.
For fungi and pests, in a 16 Oz ish sprayer, mix 1 teaspoon of dish soap and (no more than) 1 teaspoon of standard hydrogen peroxide… add (no more than) 10 drops oftea tree oil, and give the plant a spray bath, fine spray only, top, bottom, and moisten the surface of the soil. Shake the plant to remove droplets, and dry for a few hours.
Ahead of time, (like 24 hrs)… bubble up a batch of any good compost tea,
After the plant (above) has dried for a few hours, strain-out some tea, thin it about 2/3, and give the plant another spray bath, top, bottom, and surface of the soil. Then water the plant to a definite drip, slowly … with the remainder of the tea at 50/50 mix.
Again, shake and dry thoroughly…
Compost tea is a natural fungicide, and an excellent natural foliar food! it is filled with a variety of nutrients and microbes that will quickly balance the available nutrients in your soil, I don’t think you need to add anything else right now.
After all that, keep your grow area at just 40-45% humidity for 4-5 days, back off your watering a bit, and only water with tea for a few weeks… or, I generally water all of the time with various teas that I brew.
Some growers repeat this procedure once per week.
