So my eyes aren’t the best and I noticed it this morning. My suspicion is potassium deficiency, anyone agree? First 3 weeks were only calmag5ml and bioroot 5ml.
Now I’m using bioroot 5ml/ fox farm grow big 10ml/ cal-mag 5ml/ and super thrive 5ml all to one gallon always ph’ed to 6.3-6.7 girls are 4 weeks old. in organic soil with perlite/earth worm castings and peat moss. I’ve never came across this issue with cannabis. Checked my growbook I keep in the grow space and didn’t find the issue. Thoughts? @canagen @Sedrik777I’m thinking Mg deficiency. For one thing, plant is too young to be needing K plus the leaves are not really displaying signs of K def like tips and edges that look like nute burn with the yellowing you see now.
Ok, I always trust your advise and I’ll pull the grow big out of the picture for now. They normally don’t burn with 1 dose do they? First dose was 3 days ago @canagen
They look nice and healthy otherwise. One thing I have noticed is some plants will display Mg def although others in the same environment do not. And usually while they are young.
Well I think I found the culprit with your advise, my bottle of cal-mag is separated and once I shake it up within 15 seconds it’s almost completely separated again. Off to the hydroponics store I go. Thank you much @canagen
Interesting. I’ve never used commercial cal-mag so wasn’t aware they were not completely soluble with each other. Or perhaps it was just too old and expired?
Yeah i think it’s expired. The date is worn off the label, time for a new one
It looks like a magnesium deficiency.
Liquid nutes don’t have expiration dates, but most of the producers say they last about a year or so.
