Switching off the lights 24 or 48 hours before harvesting to tear down chlorophyll? What would you do? Or it doesn’t matter?

I have 3 different plants (strains, genetics). 2 of 3 are ready for harvesting in 2 days I guess. I have to harvest at the same time, because I just have 1 tent. If I harvest at different times and hang some in another room without filter system, the entire street will smell. Maybe it’s paranioa, but I don’t want that risk. What would you do? Any advice will be helpful at this time right now. Here are some trichomes from all 3 plants. What do you think about that?
Should I harvest asap or can I wait till saturday evening. This pics are from 4 days ago.

It’s Day 59 in flower. I have 3 different strains. The seed companies say:
- Durga Mata 2 => 55 days
- Kama Kush CBD=> 58 - 62 days
- CBD Skunk Haze => 8,5 - 10 weeks
Can I go till day 63 with 1. and 2.? What are your experience? 2 of 3 looks really ready for harvest.
I have 2 dates. Thursday evening or Saturday evening. Day 61 or day 63. I have to find the middle way for 1. and 3. That’s it. 1. is over date and 3. is behind. I try to find the sweet spot. For sure I don’t like over driven plants. Isn’t it? Maybe I make a cut at day 61?
