I believe that’s actually the temp probe. It has one that hooks up with a cable and the antenna looking thing is the temp probe that takes the temperature of outside the tent to compare to the inside temp.
You can always get the 4 port expander and run all your circulation fans on the same leg. Only issue is they will all run the same program, Which I run mine the same anyway.
I have the 69 pro and its good but being able to monitor co2 and light levels with the add on for the ai+ would be great.
The one with the antenna on the side of the controller is the newest version the AI+
Yes that’s correct. I have one. I have the AI that just came in yesterday going in my 4x4 tent and I also have the 69pro that I’ve been using. I’m going to move it to my 2x2.5 tent.
So my controller wouldn’t work with that? I currently only have my inline fan plugged into the controller so plenty of space to plug things in. My 2 clip fans run 24/7 and my light is plugged into a separate timer
No that is made specifically for the ai+ unfortunately
I bought the adapter plug to get my light connected as well, for the price i would highly recommend it just for the options you get in the app. My light can only be adjusted in 25% increments, with the app i can do 10% and things like sunrise/sunset simulation as well as scheduling
What adapter did you get? I have my light connected to the ui socket that connects to the controller. But it only lets me control on and off.
I dont have any fans connected to the controller. I leave my fans running 24/7. My 4 ports i have are used up with light, exhaust, humidifier, and heater. I think soon ill invest in a dehumidifier. I can always rotate between the dehumidifier and humidifier based on vegetation and flowering/ drying.
You don’t have to buy an AC infinity product.
I did some research on CO2 monitors and there is a special kind of sensor that is very accurate. I don’t remember the verbage anymore but this sensor has it and it has alarms for high and low parameters for CO2, the and temp. It will warn your phone when things are too high or too low.
Check out qingping CO2 monitor
This sensor has saved my grow several times
They have a couple of different ones available depending on the type of connection your lights have but i needed the type b for a viparspectra ks5000
That is almost the same as what I am using now too, the one I have does a good job for how i use it but if i was adding tanks i would want a lot more control than ever before. There is a long list of things for the tent before i get there though, including a new tent lol.
Ok thanks. Im using the Viparspectra p2000 i think. Probably the same connection. Ill look into it.
Gotta love Facebook Marketplace. I purchased the ACI 4x4 Pro for 600 cash. Got rid of my flimsy, swiss cheese 5x2.5x7 tent for the 4x4x7.5. Crammed it into my attic. Lol
Finally pulled the trigger lol. Under canopy lights, a new ac infinity filter for when my plants are in flower (my current filter is a cheaper one that doesn’t do the job in flower), a co2 bag to help out with my increased light intensity, and Brix nutrients to help with my current flowering nutrients and give that extra boost!
Let me know how you like the brix nutes plz its something ive been eyeing myself
For sure! I saw someone else mention that it was awesome so I figured I’d give it a shot for $20!
Just moving a wall, adding 3’ to the flowering room, now 5’8" x 11’. Plenty of cosmetic drywall work left to do but that shit is too dusty to work with around flowering plants so will have to wait.
Old pallet gone, 4’ x 8’ platform added. New drainage platforms ready for use:
Added HLG 320 FR to cover the additional 3’x5’ space:
Couldn’t stand looking at the empty platforms so pulled 4 kush strains (Critical, OG, Purple Cookies and Sweet Cherry) from veg a day or two early to make it look better:
I still have to plumb in the new reservoir and run drip lines to each platform so I’ll be hand feeding the 4 additional sites today.
