Solo cup grow off for 2025

If only I had the big plant for this competition! Both same at rain and 2 weeks apart. The small one has zero bulk to the buds

if you hadn’t tested it before :face_with_peeking_eye:

Well, if I look at your challenge plant, it’s a neck-and-neck race. If it were the other one, we wouldn’t have had to continue.

Your guy’s plants look all amazing! Too bad I didn’t take part in the competition. But I don’t have the space for this, or the time to give a solo cup grow the needed attention.

I was thinking about starting a ā€œhazeā€ competition early next year… Would you guy’s be interested in that? Only pur haze strains with 14 weeks of flower. Winner is who has the biggest yield or who received the most upvotes for his grow by the community. Extra points when your plant is touching the ceiling of your tent! The prize will be some good seed’s from US or EU breeders. I would ship them everywhere but at your own risk. Or I ship them to the GWJ headquarter and they ship it to you. This way, no one has to reveal his full name and address to me.

to be honest I just want to grow some haze and I don’t want to be the only fool waiting 14 weeks of flower…

I’m down depending on when you plan to start! I’m pretty booked through fall on my current grows since I’m trying to stockpile a bit

Wohoo! Thanks @Mjcalifornia! I was thinking about January or February 2026 So each of us can do some grows this year and we can all leave some space for this in our tents. But it’s really up to you guy’s!

Would it only be purp haze or would I be able to run California haze by Humboldt

Choose what you can get and what you want to grow. It should be a haze plant with that typical long flower time of a haze… But we can make the rules together!

I just realized how hard it is to find a haze plant today with 14 weeks of flower… Let’s say 10 weeks at least.

10 weeks of flower, haze in their genetic and name, Sativa dominant, so at least 60% and reasonable pot size, like 3-4 gallon… That would be my suggestion… What do you think?

I only have 10 gallon pots lol. I may have a 5 gallon somewhere. Are we running a whole tent or one plant?

Man I just checked the flowering time for the California haze… It’s 67 days or 9.5 weeks. I guess I have to look elsewhere.

Haha… I mean ya’… it’s also reasonable, but I would still go with smaller pot’s and I would say one plant, So the tent size doesn’t matter too much…

67 day’s is also ok if you ask me…

There are so many factors to think about do make it kinda fair!

You guys are crazy lol. Im never running a haze indoors again, the last time was a nightmare that seemed like it was never going to end.

I think I will give the Northern Light #5 Haze Mist by Green House Seed’s a try. I know It’s a controversial breeder but bought some flowers from a friend years ago and that was some of the best weed I ever had!

Or I’ll take the Ghost Train Haze but I have to find out who the original breeder of this strain is…

:sweat_smile::green_heart: Haha too stretchy?

It basically took over the tent. It was daily super cropping and tying to keep it away from the lights and not covering the other plants. I was close to cutting it around week 10 just to get rid of it. It ended up being really nice but i would have to run it outside if i did it again.

This is all I need to know! I mean we could start a little bit later so you can do an outdoor grow @Mjcalifornia as well if you want. In the end it’s all about the fun! And I would like to give this community something back! By getting a nice strain which you might not get so easily in your location. And to see one of you guys growing it from here would be a gift for me as well!
