Just noticed there’s a little sprout growing from my plant? Should I leave it be or get rid of it?

Personally, I’d trim it. If it’s a weed, reason enough. If it’s not, and actually a branch of the plant, it’s so low and looks very under developed relative to the rest. I’d still trim it as likely not viable and just taking energy from the properly developed, desirable areas.
