If you haven’t flipped to flower yet, I’d transplant into some larger containers the plants will love it and you won’t be watering nearly as much down the line. Come end of flower these girls will probably need water 3x a day in those 1gall pots
They are 2gallon bags. The biggest in the back is in a 3 gallon and one wake and bake is in a 3 gallon. I’m 2 weeks into a 12-12 light cycle.

What size is best? I’ve been playing with different sizes. Definitely noticed the bigger pots yield bigger plants

Yeah being in the 12/12 too late to transplant, but for next time keep it in mind.
For me it all depends on how many plants I want to grow in what size space. Obviously the more plants and smaller the space the smaller the pot. The smallest I’ll run are 5gallons, on average 7gall is my most frequently used but I’ve been really liking how my plants are growing in 10g. So really it’s all in what your preference is
