Wondering what’s wrong with my plants (new grower)

Growing a strain called Time Bandit and it is an autoflower. Indoor vivosun tent with a vivosun LED light (vs2000).
Haven’t began using nutrients yet, but I have Advanced Nutrients Ph Perfect (the Micro, Grow, and Bloom).
I am a completely new grower in VA. My plants are 18 days old from seedling. I can tell they could be doing better, the leaves seem a bit curled down/wrinkled and there’s a bit of yellowing. I figured maybe it was because I had my grow light too close so I’ve distanced it a little already before posting this, but if any of you have any advice please help me out with anything I could do to fix this issue as early as possible.
The soil im using is a mix of fox farm ocean forest(I didn’t know this brand had some issues until after I got it, I only seen good reviews before I decided to buy it), happy frog, and a bit of perlite. The bottom of the cloth planters have a layer of pure ocean forest, and a 50/50 mix of the happy frog and ocean forest on top of that, and at the top in the middle I put about a cup and a half of pure happy frog to put the seedlings in because I was scared of shocking/burning the new taproots.
I’ve been keeping the temperature right around 75 degrees and the humidity at 50-60%
I have been trying my best not to overwater them, but I’ve been misting their soil lightly about three times a day.

Watering and light intensity might be the culprit here. During the first days, the plant won’t need much of those and will ask for more as they get older.
Weight the pot when it’s fully watered and use that as a reference to know what’s the best time to water again. I know it seems too little, but sometimes you’ll need to water it once a week during the first days.
As for light, keep it close but never at full intensity. Here’s VIvosun VS2000 guide for height and intensity:

Thank you so much for your input! They got worse today. I have my light intensity on 60% and it’s 30 inches away from my plants. Here’s an update photo right now of them.

Looks like the soil is too dry mate. Try adding 50ml ph’ed water (with calmag if necessary) - the roots will not grow if the soil is bone dry.

Make sure your humidity is 70%+ too.
