That is definitely caused by fungus. Take out the leaves with the spots. You can also use a natural fungicide spray like Dr. Zymes Eliminator to combat that (I recommend reading more about Dr. Zymes and septoria in cannabis leaves). This happens in my garden, hasn’t happened to my cannabis leaves. I believe it’s called leaf septoria, if I’m not mistaken. Take care of that ASAP before it spreads. Good luck.

Well fuck it guess I’ll see what happens now I went ahead and chopped those two fan leaves off already to prevent spread if it is in fact fungus

Leaf septoria, cut away the leaves infected before it spreads to the top. It will affect the vegetative growth, not as big of deal during flowering as it doesn’t spread to your buds.
