25 days till flower, any tips?

We are flipping to flower very soon! First grow ever, kinda nervous. Things are going up to this point, but im worried about my light. Thought it was a 1k light, turned out to be 110w (learning). Theyve been growing strong so far with the light, so we shall see. Weve done about 6+ feedings now with our Strive Nutrients from strivenutrients.com and looks like they are loving it. No leaf curl, no burnt tips, pretty bright vibrant leaves.

Looking good to flip next month?

Keep tucking those top down under that trellis, the goal with the trellis is to fill the tent wall to wall while keeping the height down, you want to fill all those squares with a kola. They are looking good!

So its ok if the larger kolas are sideways?

What size tent is that?

2x2x4 pretty small.

Ok. Well, atleast your 110 watts light should be rated for that.

We bought the tent off amazon not knowing anything and the kight was suggested with it. So hopefully it will work out.

So far the plants have loved it. Even my strawberry loves the light. Just hope the light has what we need when it comes time to flower. It has 2 switches, one for veg, and one for bloom. On the 13th we are switching the light timer to 12/12 and flipping the switch to bloom!

Yeah they will turn right back up toward the light by the next morning.

So the trellis netting is pretty much like soil and the plants grow under the trellis like roots? Now when it comes tome to bud, do i still leave everything tucked?

Yes you will want to leave everything tucked or keep on tucking further if necessary to absorb some of the stretch and keep them to your ideal height. If height isn’t an issue i sometimes use a second trellis above to support the flowers as they’re going

Yeah we definitely dont have the room for a decond one! But we will keep on tucking!

Great freaking work so far you guys are doing great and like ozzie was saying your 110 light is suited for your 2x2 and like wargoat suggest keep tucking and filling out and switch on you planned date. Great thing is can always delay flip until your tent is filled out or whenever you desire lol

Looks like an iron deficiency which is either form an actual lack of iron or your Ph is too high or low. Get your ph to around 6.2 for a great result. I would also do a flush and then once they dry up give them their new nutes and you can the send them into flowering.

I use 2 trellis as well for the reason @crackadoo said. When using one trellis all you need to do is tuck until the flip. Once the stretch hits that’s when I let them fill the rest of the available height. Since you’re using one which is just fine if they start to stretch to high you can always monster crop the tops that are higher back down the the rest of the canopy. I will monster crop all the way up to week 3 of flower if need be to keep my heights in check. I’m severely height limited so I use all these practices most of the time, if It makes ya nervous monster cropping your first time. If you look into monster cropping the best piece of advice I can give is not to rush through the process, that’s when accidents happen Take your time.

I believe you mean super cropping and not monster cropping. Super cropping is when you put a crease in the stem to fold it over. Monster cropping is taking clones from a flowering plant. Happy growing.

You’re rite, I’ve just called it monster cropping since the early 90’s when it was shown to me.
