How do you guys go about running your 3x3?
I have a 300w 3x3 tent with accesories.
I was previously running a 400w hps and struggled with temps over 34°c!!
After swapping to led lights i have to re adjust.
I was running a 12 plant sea of green eith trellis for supporting branches and happily pulled grams. Since upgrading to 300w led light i have noticed a massive drop in humidity.
My question is, how do you guys go about this grow setup? Sea of green? Scorg? How do you harvest every month?

The only thing I can tell is that, if you want to harvest every month, you will need to make clones every month. In that way, each month you will have plants finishing their flowering stage.

You definitely should have a dedicated veg and flower tent for such a frequent harvest and like Eli said, cloning is way to go to achieve that.
You could run autos in one tent too. Plant one every month and after a while you would get to the point where you are pulling out one a month. That would let you keep one light schedule for all plants. It also means carefully choosing your strains based on their expected finish time too though.
