In Romania we have a great growing community & de law is very lax about it…mainly we can grow anything that has a 0.2 tetrahydrocannabinoid content per plant
from roots to flower.
de loophole iz dat there is no way to test this as mailing a sample to a lab, say in Spain could lead to international trafficking
and if all de foilage and leaves are kept then de plants have a reduced thc content by volume alone.
locally there is no labratories for testing cannabis plants in Romania and so if de cops come by they just say that its just hemp and leave us alone.
de problem iz when people start selling instead of keeping it intimate & private.
as most of de street stuff is laced..

Right now I am making a Romanian translation & audiobook of Weedmom by Danielle Simone Brand.
Its a long road till Romania gets to where Spain or France is at, even further from understanding about terpenes, cannabinoids, and de deltas.
Plus our biggest problem is street dealers who sell anything but weed with de vise dat its weed, you buy.
Leading to people having bad trips or gettin mentally unbalanced for life.
Then de general public thinks pharmaceutical drugs are good, when in fact cause a laudry list of other problems.
If I do move back to America…I need to be on growdiaries and grow with jane so I can get a job as an expert grower.
I mean who else has grow plants at 17 celcius just to see if its possible ?
I do veganic, organic without proccessed materials or nutrients, or electronic equipment, I use lights only for emergencies (like recovering from a slug attack) and use only fruits and veggies for nutrients…plus bugs and mycieling.
Im trying to cross breed native romanian wild cannabis with a store brought strain, just if I had access to sprouts itd be alot easier.
