If you don’t have a growlog please answer these questions.
What strain are you growing? Is it Auto, Fem or Reg?
Are you growing Indoor or outdoor?
Are you using nutrients? Which ones? How much? I’m growing several strains most outdoors. However, my question is this: I left my seeds soaking in water for germination for over 48 hours, is there a way I can visibly tell if damage has been done before I plant them in soil? They are all auto feminized.

Indoor grower here but for seed germination this is reliable method.

Distilled water soak for 18 hour or until the seed pops, cracks open shows the tap root.

Move to paper towel between two plate. Place the seeds in damp paper towel give it a fold or two. Check them and when the tap root has got a few millimeters move to your grow medium.

Jacks 321 for nutes and Photo’s. My soil mix is coco, perlite, microbes and DE powder.
