started germinating 3 Sweet Seeds Amnesia Haze XL Autoflowers on 4 June along with some other seeds.
I am growing outdoors and the three ladies are in fabric pots with a soil mix that is 40% soil, 30% cocco coir, 20% perlite and 10% worm castings.
I also added Aptus slow release pellets as nutrients in the soil mix. So basically just watering with cal mag and water at ph 6.2 +/-.
We are in week 4 of their life cycle and while tall, they really aren’t filling out. I live in an area near Milan Italy, so very hot and humid summer so far. Have in fact put the pots in an area where they get early morning sun and late afternoon sun - middle of the day in shade.
The question is really that I don’t see them filling out and am starting to wonder whether these are going to be one bud plants from the main kola and that’s it.
Have some patience with your girls, they are just 3 weeks old. They will grow bigger, but not overnight. It will still take a while until they start to flower and by then they will be strong.
I would normally agree. We have been experiencing extreme heat and 36+ degree temperatures, so keeping them out in the sun too long risks being counterproductive.

I also think they should preferably not get full sun in case of too strong heat. My autoflowers that are currently going into bloom outdoors are enjoying the weather in the raised bed. But unfortunately, I lost 2 young plants this week because I didn’t put them in the shade before work. Just didn’t think about it, Wham, Bang, Ruined. I think your ladies look great..
I still have this feeling that these three are just going to get tall and produce one main bud. I grew this strain indoors and it came out great. Growing with the sun means a lot less control - with the heat and high temperatures, not so sure I’m going to get anything meaningful.
