Grape Pupil seems to be doing better but is still showing signs of heat stress. The light is more than 2 ft from her and the room temp has remained at a consistent 75 to 77 with lights on. I’ve never had a plant be this sensitive to heat. Must be a cold weather variety.
Day 39 - 9 days since manifolding and 2 days since supercropping. Approximately 53 days until flower.
They’re bouncing back nicely. All are growing very low the way I want them. So far so good. No problems with any break made to the branches.
Black Sugar still being a whiner. Grape Purple’s problem seems to have been due to poor VPD. Its been way too high. Its a work in progress, but she’s getting better.
Spreading them out. Even the Black Sugar is almost corner to corner already. She doesn’t look the best but with the right amount of alcohol and if you squint real hard she looks as good as the rest.
I’m gonna need to take some leaves soon to open them up and let some smaller nodes find their way to the light.
Oh yeah! Even the Black Sugar, as ugly as she is with her Calcium habit is growing like a weed.
I half flushed them all last night. Taking no chances on salt build up problems. Starting preflower nutes next to get them setup for flower in about 40 days now.
Tonight they each got a big meal. I’m hoping to fix that P deficiency and get them ready for flower.
I fed each in 1.8 gallons at 6.4 pH.
1/16 tsp Rhino Skin (Si)
1/16 tsp RAW CalMag
1 tsp Gypsum (Ca)
1/8 tsp Epsom Salt (Mg)
1/4 tsp Fox Farm Open Sesame
1 tbspn Fox Farm Big Bloom
2 tsp Disolved Oxygen
We’ll see how they do over the next few days. From here on, the main feed will be the FF water soluble trio, starting with Open Sesame until they flip.
Today they each received 1.8 gal of water with a 16th tsp of Rhino Skin, and 8th tsp of Epsom Salt and a tsp of Gypsum. The pH ended up at 6.5. No need to adjust.
I think they’re all doing good. New growth on Black Sugar and Grape Pupil look great. Both Amnesia OG and Girl Scout Cookies are charging forward at full throttle.
I think the yellow is still not quite enough Magnesium. Still trying to dial in the correct amount of nutes. They definitely have plenty of N now. As with most of my grows, I’m fighting with Ca and Mg.
