I get that in late veg, too…they are growing like mf’s, sucking all the sun they can…you’re on it…gonna be monsters.

hopefully move them out of water and onto paper towels tonight/tomorrow…been using hydr peroxide (diluted to 1%) on all the water i use for germination (initial soak, paper towels, tap rooting in rr’s)…liking the results…

Yep, I flipped earlier than planned. 12 days earlier. Girl Scout Cookies was quickly losing ceiling height for stretch. It had to be done.
So, I’ve been under feeding and didn’t realize by how much. I’ve been trying to figure out how to use NPK RAW nutes and they aren’t nearly as strong as I had given them credit for being. These girls started having a bit of a Mg def problem because they weren’t getting enough P to work synergistically as it’s supposed to, so N wasn’t getting to the top. The plants had been pulling from below. I have since gotten their feed more on track and they’re bouncing back well. In a few more weeks I don’t think their deficiencies are going to be apparent anymore. So far, I like their recovery.

It’s Schwazzing day! Finally getting rid of the ugly leaves from underfeeding. Lessons learned.
2 days ago they got their first dose of Alaskan Naturals Micronutirients and tonight they were fed with Beastie Bloomz.
Here’s the before and after of their defoliation. I took a lot of the larf from below on all of them.

Day 24
I watered and fed Girl Scout Cookies last night. She was the only one of the 4 that was thirsty 2 days after the full defol. Tonight, Amnesia was ready. Black Sugar and Grape Pupil are looking fine but it will probably be a few more days before either are ready for a sip.
Lower buds have definitely begun to grow larger and trichs are starting to form on sugar leaves.

How do you get your plants that big is it outside grow

Its 100% an inside grow. In order to grow them as big as possible, I manifold them at about 30 days old, and then I do an extended veg period (around 80 to 90 days total) to train them out to have as many tops as possible and make them as healthy as possible before I change the lights to 12/12.
Edit: A few things I forgot to mention. To grow them big, the plant needs plenty of area in the foundation to grow lots of roots to support the size of plant you want them to be. You need plenty of room or they’ll get root bound with an extended veg cycle. I recommend nothing less than a 15 gallon grow bag. I’ve used all the way up to 25 gallon for really large plants. The fabric containers help to keep O2 at the root level and they also cause the roots to split when they reach the edges of the bag, which helps to create a fair massive root ball. O2 at the root level is immensely important.
The mix of the soil is just as important. Though I’m not using it this grow, I’m switching back to my usual mix on the next one. I like to use about 40% extra large perlite, and equal amounts, 30% each of FoxFarm Ocean Forest and FoxFarm Happy Frog Soil Conditioner. Ocean Forest provides a decent 2 to 4 weeks worth of nutrients and the soil conditioner provides micronutrients and plenty of food for microbial expansion to help with decomposition of organic materials to create a healthy soil with lots of organic carbon that helps to optimize biochemical reactions with the roots.

What strains are they?
Bubba kush, gelato #33, godfather og and a mystery seed I’m growing for my brother in law. The mystery seed is the strange looking one on the right side in the middle. It’s leaves are really broad and very thick stems, seems like something really close to pure indica @StickyBudHound
