Hey! It’s my second year growing. Last year went fine but this year an apartment building was built in front of my balcony:( due to the shade I’m not sure if my plants will grow. Any advice would be amazing
Can you upload some pics? Does your balcony have a light fitting on the ceiling?

Direct sunlight is by far the most effective way to fulfill the lighting quota of your marijuana plants. However, wide leafed varieties from mountain passes like the Hindu Kush May only receive 5–6 hours direct sunlight a day with the remaining light cycle indirect. They will grow. Just not as big as it would in direct sunlight. Use a lux meter to measure the sunlight strength. The ideal light intensity for vegetative growth is 400-600 μmol - m2.
